These Terms and Conditions apply to the services available from www.chabobo.com .
Before you may become a member of Chabobo , you must read and accept all of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Chabobo .
Chabobo does not take any responsibility for a seller or buyer violating these Terms and Conditions or in such a way to cause harm or destroy your computer or any related equipment
Each member buying and selling on this site does so at their own risk and Chabobo will not be held or be responsible for or assist in any disputes between buyers and sellers
Do Chabobo
You must register and use your registered account to place cars for sale
You must be 18 years of age or older and be able to form a legally binding contract
You are the legal owner of the payment card or payment account used to submit your selling fee to Chabobo and the money for cars purchased to the seller
Where appropriate and required by law, supply all licenses and/or certificates and uphold all laws relating to sale and/or purchase
You must be the legal owner, be in possession of and have access to the car or cars advertised
The photo must be a clear representation of the car at its current condition when advertised and the photo must not be more than 30 days old at the time of placing the advert
It is your responsibility to declare the history of the car advertised, including any insurance loss, finance, damage and general condition
Only one car per advertisement, no group or multiple quantity sales, these will be removed and your account will be suspended
Don't Chabobo
Do NOT Use bad language, swear words, racist, sexual or any other comments which may be offensive in adverts
You must not use or access another members account for selling or buying cars, even if you are related, married or living with the member, even with their permission
You cannot buy or sell if your Chabobo membership has been suspended
You will not breach any laws, sell any counterfeit cars or otherwise infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of third parties
You will not sell cars classified illegal in the UK and in the country of residence including but not limited to the list below.
You must not bundle cars together and advertise them as a single car, only to offer them individually to the buyer
Chabobo does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in an advert placed on www.chabobo.com .
This is a list of cars and category of cars which cannot be sold on Chabobo .
- Any car that is classified illegal in the UK and in the country of residence
- Any car or car part(s) that are known to be stolen
- Any car that you are not the legal owner or keeper or you do not have the express permission from the owner or keeper of the car
- An image or photo or any other such misleading method to describe any car in full or part that implies such car is for sale
- Any car that uses copyright photo or a photo that represents the car for sale and is not the actual photo of the car
You will not breach our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Seller
Place adverts in good faith and according to these Terms and Conditions
The fee will be paid before advert is made live
Buyer
Accepts sale price or is in a position to make any reasonable offer
The distance shown in miles is the distance of the seller from the buyers registered postcode and not from the buyers present location, if not at their registered location. This distance is only an approximate straight line distance and does not represent the distance needed to travel to the seller.

These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may change without prior notice
Anyone misusing www.chabobo.com in any way deemed unacceptable by Chabobo will have their account suspended immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund for adverts already placed or any form of compensation.
